Hadassah
Laurie Sheinhaus started their work experience in 2010 as a Patient Representative at Atrium Health. Laurie then moved to Levine Children's Hospital in 2016, where they worked as a Child Life Services Volunteer until 2019. In 2018, Laurie joined Hadassah as the Vice President of Membership and later became the Vice President of Communications in 2019.
Laurie Sheinhaus completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General at Ithaca College from 1982 to 1986. Laurie then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the University of Miami, which they obtained from 1986 to 1988. Hadassah, the Women's Zionist Organization of America, is a volunteer organization that inspires a passion for and commitment to its partnership with the land and people of Israel. It enhances the health of people worldwide through its support of medical care and research at the Hadassah Medical Organization in Jerusalem. Hadassah empowers its members and supporters, as well as youth in Israel and America through opportunities for personal growth, education, advocacy and Jewish continuity.
