Robert Pakalski

Robert Pakalski currently serves as VP of External Manufacturing at Hadrian, where the focus is on creating autonomous, software-defined factories for producing precision components used in aerospace and advanced manufacturing. Prior to this role, Robert was the CEO and Co-Founder of Datum Source, a company specializing in software solutions for hardware procurement, which was later acquired by Hadrian. Robert has extensive experience in supply chain management, having held critical roles at Virgin Hyperloop and SpaceX, where responsibilities included leading supply chain operations for advanced engineering projects. Additionally, Robert founded Sandbox Lingo, a company that manufactured stand-up paddleboards, and has experience in venture capital through roles at Driftwood Capital and Golden Angels Network. Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Innovation and Product Development from the University of San Francisco.
