Hervé Kauffmann has a diverse work experience in supply chain management. Hervé has worked at Hager Group since 2013, starting as a Traded Goods Supply Chain Manager and then moving on to roles such as In-House Supply Manager, End-to-end Business Synchronisation manager & S&OP Leader, and Supply Business Integration Senior Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Supply Chain Business integration Director. Prior to their tenure at Hager Group, Hervé worked at Steelcase in various supply chain management roles, including Europce Central Material Planning manager, Long Distance Sourcing Supply Chain Manager, and Supply Chain Project Manager. Overall, Hervé has extensive experience in managing supply chains and implementing effective business integration strategies.
Hervé Kauffmann attended Montpellier Business School from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Management, specializing in Supply Chain Management. In 2002-2003, they also completed a Bachelor Honours in Science of Management at the University of Manitoba. Prior to that, they completed their Classe Prépa at Classe préparatoire Lycée Montaigne from 1999 to 2001, with a focus on preparing for the Grandes Ecoles de Commerce HEC. Hervé obtained their Baccalauréat in Economique et Social from Lycée Scheurer Kestner, Thann in 1999. Lastly, they completed their Brevet des collèges from Collège Conrad Alexandre Gérard Masevaux between 1992 and 1996. As of 2023, they are pursuing the APICS CSCP Certified Supply Chain Professional certification from APICS.
