Currently serving as Production Manager at Hager Group since February 2021, Marcin oversees a workforce of up to 300 direct laborers and is responsible for key performance indicators in production areas, process optimization, and team development. Previous roles include Assembly Section Manager at FICOSA, where leadership extended to 350 employees, and Shift Manager positions at Fiat Auto Poland S.A. and Magneti Marelli Suspension Systems Poland sp. z o.o., managing teams of 50 to 60. Marcin possesses a Master's degree in Management and Production Engineering from the Silesian University of Technology, along with a robust educational background in electrical and electronic engineering and trainer qualifications.
