Beatrice Camino Hoppe

Beatrice Camino Hoppe, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of People, Culture and Operations at Hager Sharp since August 2014, where the focus is on developing impactful marketing and communication strategies for health, education, and community transformation. Previously, Beatrice held positions at Quadel Consulting Corporation from August 2004 to August 2014, starting as an HR Generalist and advancing to HR Manager, overseeing HR functions for multiple subsidiary offices in the affordable housing sector. Earlier experience includes roles at CGI (formerly American Management Systems) from July 1998 to May 2004, initially as a Business Analyst in the Financial Industries Group and later as a Consultant in Corporate HR. Beatrice holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Biology from Brown University and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Marymount University.
