Evan Peterson

Evan Peterson has over a decade of experience in product development and compliance within the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Product Development and Compliance at Hagerty since November 2012. Previous roles at Hagerty include positions as Senior Product Development Manager, Product Manager, Senior Underwriting and Product Specialist, and Licensed Sales Agent and Underwriter. Prior to joining Hagerty, Evan worked as an Underwriting Specialist at Auto-Owners Insurance from April 2009 to November 2012 and gained early experience as an intern at Michigan United Conservation Clubs from January 2007 to April 2009. Evan's career began as a Dockmaster at Tower Marine from May 2002 to December 2006. Evan holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
