Jessica Wheaton

Jessica Wheaton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and energy services. Currently serving as Corporate Governance Manager at Hagerty since March 2016, Jessica has held several roles including Corporate Governance Administrator and Board Liaison. Previously, at Traverse City Light & Power from July 2008 to January 2016, Jessica excelled as Manager of Energy Services & Key Accounts, where energy optimization programs and key customer relationships were developed and maintained. Jessica also worked as Marketing & Community Relations Coordinator, where multiple media channels were overseen, and communication strategies including social media were launched. Jessica began their career at Traverse Health Clinic and Coalition from June 2005 to July 2008, managing client loads for community doctors and training new staff. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Ferris State University and completed the Leadership Grand Traverse program through the Traverse City Area Chamber of Commerce in 2011.
