Ron Granberg

Ron Granberg is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in workforce enablement, end-user computing, and engineering management. Currently serving as the Workforce Enablement Manager at Hagerty since September 2020, Ron leads five operational teams focused on delivering efficient and user-centric technology services. Previous roles include Engineering Manager for Desktop Engineering at Hagerty, IT Manager at Mead & Hunt, and Manager of End User Computing at WEA Trust, where Ron emphasized enhancing the user experience through stability and security. Earlier career experiences include serving as Chief Information Officer at Gordon Flesch Company, Director of Information Technology at MSA Professional Services, and Technical Consultant at Micro Solutions Consulting. Ron's leadership foundation began in the United States Army Reserve as a Combat Engineer. Ron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences & Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
