Ron O'Keefe is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Law Practice at Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP, where expertise spans public company corporate and securities law, banking and financial institution law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance counsel since June 1989. Previously, O'Keefe served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Broadview Financial Corporation from June 1986 to June 1989, overseeing all legal matters for the $2 billion publicly-held financial institution, including corporate and securities issues, regulatory matters, complex litigation, and real estate portfolio restructuring. O'Keefe holds a J.D. from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (1977) and an A.B. in Honors English from Georgetown University (1972).
