David Dias

David Dias, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fixed income portfolio management, currently serving as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at HAITONG since December 2015. Responsibilities include managing the Banking Book portfolio, collaborating with departments for ALCO Committee documentation, conducting investment analyses for compliance with IRRBB and CRRBB, and defining the IRRBB strategy. Previously held roles at HAITONG include NPL Portfolio Manager and Fixed Income Flow Trader, where responsibilities encompassed monitoring distressed client exposures, generating trade ideas, and acting as a market-maker in corporate bonds. Before HAITONG, David served as a Fund Manager and Government Bonds Analyst at ESAF, managing pension fund allocations and co-managing award-winning interest rate funds. David began the career as a Tax Analyst at Deloitte and holds a CFA designation and various degrees in computer science and economics.
