Catherine Hogan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in PR, marketing, and communications. Currently serving as the Head of PR & Communications at Hakim Group since January 2019, Catherine leads efforts for the largest group of independent opticians in the UK and Ireland. Prior to this role, Catherine held the position of Senior Retail Marketing Manager at JD Sports Fashion plc, where responsibilities included maximizing profitability across over 300 retail locations through strategic marketing initiatives. Catherine's background also includes serving as PR & Marketing Manager at Jon Richard, where oversight of the PR and marketing department was a key focus, and previous experiences at Ethel Austin Ltd and Matalan in various marketing roles. Catherine's academic credentials include a First Class Honours BA in Fashion and Brand Promotion with Journalism and a certificate in Higher Education Teaching from the University of Central Lancashire.
