Shaun Norton, CPA, currently serves as the Assistant Controller at Hakkōda since June 2023, with prior experience in accounting and auditing at KPMG US. At Hakkōda, Shaun oversees day-to-day accounting operations, manages month-end close processes, and ensures compliance across multiple countries. Shaun's extensive auditing experience includes leading audit teams for a private REIT at KPMG and participating in a national rotation with the Audit Special Assignment Program. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in finance and business.
