Stephen Barrett

Stephen Barrett is an experienced professional in the retail and consumer packaged goods sectors, currently serving as Global Head of Retail/CPG at Hakkōda since May 2023. Prior to this role, Stephen held various leadership positions at Salesforce from December 2011 to May 2023, including VP of Growth for UKI, VP of Customer Transformation for Digital Customer Experience in UKI, and several senior director roles within the Marketing Cloud division. Stephen's earlier career includes significant experience at Model Metrics, Position Technologies, and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young as a consultant and solution architect. Stephen holds an MBA in Management & Strategy and Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.
