Ashley Sogge

Ashley Sogge has several years of experience in various roles and companies. Ashley started their career as an Executive Officer for United States Forces Korea in 2008, followed by being a Detachment Commander. Later, they joined the United States Army Special Operations Command as a Special Operations Civil Affairs Team Leader and then became the Director of Future Operations and Strategy. In 2018, they worked as an Associate for Corporate Development in JPMorgan Chase & Co. From 2021 to 2023, they were the Chief Operating Officer of Honor the Promise. Currently, they are the Director of Global Program Operations at Hala Systems, Inc.

Ashley Sogge earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Portland between 2003 and 2007. From 2019 to 2021, they attended The Wharton School, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance, General.
