Yating Qiu

Yating Qiu currently serves as the Head of Merchandising & Creation for Europe at Halara, a position held since August 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Merchandising Manager for Apparel at FILA and Senior Merchandising & Planning Manager for Fila Fusion EC from November 2022 to July 2024. Yating has also worked at Alibaba Group as a Platform Merchandising, Operation, and Data Analysis specialist between March 2021 and December 2022, and held positions at Nike from March 2017 to March 2021, including Assistant Manager for Nike IMP Women's Lifestyle Footwear. Earlier career experience includes roles at H&M as a Research and Developer in Global Innovation and as a Buyer and Designer for Forever New Clothing Pty Ltd. Yating began professional endeavors as an Apparel Designer at Bojing (Shanghai) Clothing Pty Ltd. Educational background includes a Master of Arts in Fashion Design and Management from IFA Paris, completed in 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design, also from IFA Paris, awarded in 2011.
