Alison Hardacre is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and financial sectors. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Halaxy since May 2012, Hardacre has helped the company grow to serve customers in 70 countries across 90 professions. Prior to Halaxy, Hardacre co-founded Specialist Link, a pioneer in SaaS that became the largest online clinical software in Australia. Hardacre also held significant roles at ME Bank, where profit and loss responsibility was managed for an $18B retail banking portfolio, and at ANZ Bank, where high-profile international operations projects were successfully executed. Earlier career achievements include driving corporate planning at Medibank Private that contributed to the company's financial turnaround. Alison Hardacre holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and possesses degrees in Law and Arts from Monash University.
