Cleiton Galindo is an accomplished procurement executive with extensive experience in supply chain management across various industries. Currently serving as a Global Procurement Senior Executive at HALCON since January 2025, Cleiton previously held the role of Procurement Director at NIMR, overseeing direct and indirect procurement for automotive components and defense systems. Prior to that, Cleiton was the Supply Chain Director at Agrale, managing a substantial purchasing portfolio and a large team. Additional experience includes senior management positions at AGCO Corporation, Ford Motor Company, and Mazda Motor Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed global commodity management, strategic sourcing, and vehicle launch coordination. Cleiton holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FEI, along with other advanced qualifications in international business.
