Bani B. Banerjee

Mr. Banerjee is a Chartered Account from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with more than 30 years of experience in operations turnaround, investments, fund management, large scale industrial development, corporate finance, business and financial restructuring.

Mr. Banerjee led various senior level positions of more than 18 years with "The Chatterjee Group" ("TCG") across hydrocarbons, real estate, financial services and other Indian investments including as "Chief Investment Officer" of TCG's $314MM Real Estate Fund and Chief Business Officer of Haldia Petrochemicals Limited.

Mr. Banerjee had also been an entrepreneur for a close to a decade during which time, he worked with owners and financiers to restructure, invest and turn around businesses that are non-performing, undervalued, under-performing or closed due to various reasons across hydrocarbons, real estate, hospitality, food, agriculture, infrastructure and entertainment sectors in the Indian Sub-Continent, GCC, Africa and Central Asia. Previously he also worked with Global Emerging Markets, Citibank & Price Waterhouse in India.
