Charles Hale

Charles Hale is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in turnaround management and special situations investing, currently serving as President of Hale Global since February 2001. In addition to leading Hale Global, Charles has held key positions, including Publisher and Turnaround CEO at Patch.com since January 2014, where a joint venture with AOL successfully spun out the hyperlocal news business. Charles serves as Chairman and Turnaround CEO at QL2 Software, guiding the company through a significant reorganization in bankruptcy court. Notable past roles include Publisher at MNI - Market News, Chairman of RivalWatch and LocationLogic, and Managing Director at York Capital Management. Charles holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in the History of Art from Yale University.
