Jon Allott

Jon Allott is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition CoE Operations Lead and Global Talent Acquisition Partnerships Lead at Haleon since June 2022. Prior to Haleon, Jon held key positions at IWG plc, including Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Senior Global Talent Acquisition Manager from September 2020 to June 2022. Jon's career also includes roles at The AA as National Talent Acquisition & Relationship Manager and Talent Acquisition Project Manager, as well as experience at Signet Resources and Alexander Mann Solutions. Jon's educational background includes an ILM Operations Management Level 5 degree from the Institute of Leadership & Management, completed between 2018 and 2020, and attendance at Windsor Boys' School from 1994 to 1998.
