Nathalie Gerschtein

Nathalie was appointed President, North America in May 2025.

With more than 20 years’ experience in FMCG, retail, and beauty, Nathalie joined Haleon from L’Oréal, where she was President of the Consumer Products Division (CPD) for North America at L’Oreal Group.

Nathalie has worked in multi-cultural environments, and in both mature markets and emerging markets, as well as across three continents, Europe, Asia, North America.

She graduated from HEC Paris and holds an MBA from London Business School.
