Randy Silva has extensive experience in brand management and marketing within the healthcare sector, primarily focusing on oral healthcare and respiratory health. Currently serving as the Area Senior Brand Manager and Category Lead for Denture Care and Gum Health at Haleon since July 2022, Randy previously held similar senior brand management roles at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, where responsibilities included managing Sensodyne Toothpaste and overseeing various respiratory health brands. Randy's career encompasses leadership positions in trade marketing and product management across several companies, starting with a foundational role at GlaxoSmithKline Philippines in 2007. Randy holds a degree from Ateneo de Manila University.
