Varun Dave is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global HR business partnership and talent development. Currently serving as the Global HR Business Partner and Site HR Lead at Haleon since April 2023, Varun oversees R&D functions within the Oral Health category. Prior to this role, Varun spent nearly nine years at Vodafone, progressing through various leadership roles including Global HR Business Partner and Global Learning and Development Manager, where responsibilities included leading learning initiatives across multiple functions.
