Phil Lagas

Phil Lagas serves as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Growth and Chief Client Officer at Haley & Aldrich, a position held since January 2012. Previously, Phil was the Senior Vice President and Environmental Services Practice Leader at Brown and Caldwell from 1998 to 2012. Phil also held the role of Vice President and Principal at Basin & Range Hydrogeologists between 1991 and 1998, and earlier served as Associate Principal and Arizona Operations Manager, as well as Project Geologist, at The Earth Technology Corporation from 1984 to 1991. Phil Lagas holds a Master of Science in Geological Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences and Resource Management with a concentration in Geology, both from Lehigh University.
