Ricardo Melo is an accomplished Audio Designer currently employed at Halfbrick since September 2022, where responsibilities include composing and creating sound effects. Freelance work as a Music Producer and Composer has been ongoing since January 2015. Previously, Ricardo led the sound design team at Darwin Interactive from September 2020 to August 2022, focusing on music composition and sound design for mobile casino video games. Additional experience includes freelance sound design for Miniclip, contributing to projects like "8ball Pool Trickshots" and various unannounced games, as well as sound design for "Flip Rider," "MiniFootball," and "Street Diver." At FABAMAQ from March 2017 to September 2020, Ricardo specialized in sound design and music production for online and mobile casino games, along with promotional content. Prior to this, experience as a Music Composer for Ground Control Studios was gained between March 2018 and March 2020. Ricardo holds a degree in Music Production and Technologies from Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo, completed in 2017.
