Amanda Smith is a seasoned professional in customer experience, currently serving as CX Manager, CX Team Lead, and previously as a CX Agent at Halfdays since August 2022. Prior to this role, Amanda worked at The Wolf's Tailor as a Beverage Team Member and Sommelier from October 2021 to August 2022. Amanda's extensive experience in the food and beverage industry also includes serving as General Manager and Sommelier at Au Courant Regional Kitchen from September 2017 to September 2021. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from Samford University, earned in May 2014.
