Carl Francis, S.I.T. is an experienced survey professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Survey Team Leader and Survey Project Manager at Halff since February 2012, Carl has held various roles including Senior Survey Technician and Survey Party Chief. Prior to Halff, Carl worked at Wink Engineering and Dading, Marques and Associates as a Survey Party Chief, as well as J.V. Burkes and Associates in a dual role as Instruments Man and Survey Party Chief. Early career experience includes a position as a Sales Associate at Foot Locker. Carl's educational background includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from Collin County Community College and coursework in Architecture at Delgado Community College, along with studies in Health and Physical Education at UL-Lafayette.
