Carter Smith, PLA, ASLA, is a seasoned landscape architect with extensive experience in project management and design. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Halff since October 2024, Carter previously held multiple roles at CEI Engineering Associates, Inc., from June 2020 to October 2024, including Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Designer. Prior experience includes positions at Alta Planning + Design as a Landscape Architect, and Ritchie Smith Associates as a Landscape Designer. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Mississippi State University, where Carter studied from 2011 to 2016 and also worked as an Undergraduate Assistant.
