Jacob Hays, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer currently serving as the Public Works Team Leader at Halff Associates since June 2012, where responsibilities include design engineering and construction administration for roadway, water resources, public works, and land development projects. In addition to this role, Jacob Hays has held the position of President Elect for the Texas Society of Professional Engineers-Fort Worth Chapter since June 2020. Earlier in their career, Jacob Hays gained valuable experience as an Engineering Tech IV at the Texas Department of Transportation from May 2011 to August 2011. Jacob Hays earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, completing the degree in 2012.
