Joni Caldwell is currently the Vice President and Employee Relations Leader at Halff Associates, where Joni has been working since June 2007. Prior to that, Joni held various HR roles at Neopost, Baylor Heart & Vascular Hospital, and AT&T Wireless. Joni has a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology from Dallas Baptist University. Throughout their career, Joni has accumulated over 15 years of management and leadership experience in Human Resources and Corporate Training.
