Stephanie Griffin, P.E., CFM, currently serves as the Director of Water Resources and Senior Project Manager at Halff since February 2020. Previously, Stephanie held the positions of Floodplain Administrator and Stormwater Utility Manager for the City of Grand Prairie from July 2014 to January 2020. Earlier experience includes roles at Freese and Nichols as a Funding Specialist, Stormwater Engineer, and Program Manager from September 1997 to March 2014. Stephanie's educational background includes a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University.
