Miguel A. Pina

Miguel A. Pina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in UNIX system architecture and engineering, currently serving as a Senior UNIX System Architect for the European Commission (DIGIT) since April 2017. With a strong focus on designing and managing engineering solutions to tackle complex business challenges, Miguel has successfully enhanced automation capabilities, streamlined procedures, and optimized system performance while overseeing extensive infrastructures. Previous roles at Atos included leadership positions managing UNIX operations for major clients such as Airbus and in various telecommunications organizations, where Miguel implemented preventive maintenance and service management strategies. Miguel holds a Master’s Degree in Communications and Computer Networks from Universidad de Zaragoza.
