Joe Rabben, EIT, currently serves as an Estimator at The Hallen Construction Co., Inc since April 2022. Prior to this role, Joe gained experience as a Field Engineer at Kiewit from July 2019 to October 2021 and completed a Civil Engineering Internship with the US Army Corps of Engineers from May 2018 to September 2018. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo, where studies were completed from August 2017 to May 2019.
