Caroline Gallagher has been with Hallmark Care Homes since June 2017, serving initially as a Laundry Girl before advancing to the role of Head Housekeeper. Prior to this, Caroline worked at Tesco from November 2002 to May 2017, where the role of Deputy Manager was held. Caroline's educational background includes attendance at Bennett Memorial Tunbridge Wells in Kent from 1976 to 1981.
