Charli Morgan has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in dementia care and management. Since July 2021, Charli Morgan has served as a Dementia Care Manager at Hallmark Care Homes. Prior to this role, Charli Morgan worked at brighterkind from October 2013 to July 2021, holding titles of Deputy Manager, Unit Manager, and Home Administrator. Charli Morgan's career began at Orwell House as a Health Care Assistant from July 2008 to May 2010, followed by a similar position at Saga Group Ltd. from September 2010 to March 2012. Charli Morgan transitioned into a more focused role in activities coordination at Four Seasons Health Care from March 2012 to October 2013.
