Claire Johnsen is an experienced professional in the fields of innovation and environmental social governance. Currently serving as the Head of Environmental Social Governance and Innovation, as well as the Head of Innovation at Hallmark Care Homes since May 2020, Claire also contributes as an Expert in Residence at Imperial Enterprise Lab. Previous roles include Senior Innovation Advisor at St John's Innovation Centre Ltd, International Development and Innovation Adviser at Cambridge Judge Business School, and Non-executive elected Director at East of England Co-op, where Claire chaired the Audit Committee. With a background in business incubation and innovation consulting, Claire holds a Bachelor of Arts in Enterprise and Entrepreneurial Management from Anglia Ruskin University and is pursuing a Diploma in Environmental, Social Governance at The Corporate Governance Institute.
