Jessica Davies is an experienced professional in dementia care and aged care services, currently serving as Deputy Manager and Dementia Care Manager at Hallmark Care Homes since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of Service Manager at ECL Person-centred Care from April 2016 to August 2021, focusing on dementia care and environment design. Jessica also worked as an Outreach Coordinator while self-employed from February 2013 to May 2016, supporting vulnerable individuals in Portugal. Earlier experience includes another Service Manager role at ECL Person-centred Care from January 2010 to December 2012, where Jessica specialized in supporting teams focused on profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and learning disabilities (LD). Jessica Davies completed education at St Martins, Brentwood from 1981 to 1986.
