Jodi Peak is an experienced Regional Sales Manager at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes since August 2020, responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue. Jodi provides ongoing coaching to Customer Relations Managers to enhance their sales performance and marketing efforts. Previously, Jodi served as a Customer Relations Manager at Hallmark and Barchester Healthcare, supporting business development and community engagement across multiple care homes. Earlier roles include Resourcing Advisor at Care UK, where Jodi focused on recruiting qualified care staff, and Client Delivery Consultant at The Adecco Group, handling temporary recruitment for AXA. Jodi began a career in sales and marketing as an intern at Southcliffe Trailer Company Ltd. and holds a BSc in Sports Therapy from London Metropolitan University.
