Kay Palmer is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and customer relationship management. Currently serving as a Customer Relationship Manager at Hallmark Care Homes since July 2021, Kay previously held the position of Direct Sales Manager at CLC World Resorts & Hotels from April 2003 to July 2021, where responsibilities included direct sales and training. Earlier roles include Direct Sales Representative positions at BT and Telewest Communications, alongside a stint as a Personal Assistant at Royal Mail. Kay’s educational foundation was established at Ortu Gable Hall School, completing studies from 1986 to 1991.
