Neil Lancaster is a seasoned healthcare management professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. As the Regional Manager at Hallmark Care Homes since December 2020, Neil oversees multiple facilities, ensuring high operational standards and quality care. Neil previously served as Commercial Director at TLC Care and held various managerial positions at both Hallmark Care Homes and Barchester Healthcare, including General Manager and Deputy General Manager. Neil's background includes managing a 78-bed nursing home, where regulatory compliance and service quality were paramount. Neil has also contributed to clinical research, resulting in a published article, and holds a Master of Arts in Management from Revens University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Leeds Beckett University.
