Melanie Horton

Melanie Horton, CFA, currently serves as the Deputy Head of Investor Relations at Halma plc since September 2022. Prior to this role, Melanie held the position of Co-Head of Investor Relations at Janus Henderson Investors in EMEA from October 2018 to September 2022 and worked as the Investor Relations Manager at Medibank between February 2015 and April 2018. Melanie's earlier experience includes roles in corporate affairs and investor relations at Wilson Asset Management, Land Securities, and Collins Stewart. Additionally, Melanie has a background in structured credit sales and equity research from positions at NatWest Markets Plc, Mizuho International Plc, and UBS Investment Bank. Melanie holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Oriental Studies - Japanese from the University of Oxford, completed between 2000 and 2005.
