Ben Tyler is a technology leader with extensive experience in cybersecurity and software engineering. Currently serving as CTO and Founder at Halo Security since June 2022, Tyler also holds similar titles at TrustedSite and PathDefender, both established in September 2013. As Co-Founder of SparkServices since January 2011, Tyler contributed significantly to innovative tech solutions. Previously, from 2008 to January 2011, Tyler acted as Chief Architect at McAfee, after the company's acquisition of ScanAlert, where Tyler was CTO and Co-Founder. ScanAlert was known for its HACKER SAFE certification, which significantly enhanced online transaction security for merchants. Earlier experience includes senior software engineering roles at MeetChina, Cybermoola, and Infoseek.
