Rizki Kurnia Hadi

Rizki Kurnia Hadi is a professional with a robust background in operational performance and data analysis within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Reporting & Operational Performance Specialist at Halodoc since June 2022, Rizki previously held multiple roles at PT. Administrasi Medika (AdMedika) from July 2018 to June 2022, including Performance Analyst, Data Analyst, and Quality Control Analyst, where tasks involved manpower forecasting and service quality improvement. Additionally, Rizki contributed as a PMO Staff, conducting workload analysis for health insurance teams, and began the career as a Project Associate focusing on insurance call center analysis. Early experience includes an internship at Telekomunikasi Indonesia, where training needs and workspace layout were evaluated. Rizki holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya.
