Ahmed Amr Tawfik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Ahmed started their career at International Turnkey Systems as a Software Developer in 2007. Ahmed then moved on to IBM where they held roles such as Open Source Software Focal and CRM Infrastructure Consultant. In 2011, they joined Oracle as a Senior Technical Analyst, Senior Siebel Architecture Specialist, and Technical Account Manager. In the same month, they also obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from ITIL Certified.
