Sakeer Hussain is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in IT service management and project management. Currently serving as HICT-Manager/Lead - IT Service Management at Hamad Medical Corporation since March 2013, Sakeer has successfully implemented ITSM projects and processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Level Management. Key achievements include the elimination of inefficient legacy processes and improved IT service availability through enhanced service level targets and performance indicators. Prior to Hamad Medical Corporation, Sakeer held various roles at Infosys, including Senior Project Manager, and served as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions and Calsoft. Sakeer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Calicut and a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Government Engineering College, Thrissur.
