Mike Ballard

Mike Ballard has extensive experience in education and technology, currently serving as a Travel Writer and Photographer for We Married Adventure since March 2017. Simultaneously, Mike holds the position of Ed Tech Training and Development Specialist at the Hamilton County Department of Education, a role initiated in November 2008, focusing on integrating technology into classroom instruction and developing professional training programs. Prior experience includes working as a Course Developer for e4TN, where Mike created a Computer Literacy course for online distribution, and as both a Technology Facilitator and History/Government Teacher at Hamilton County Department of Education, contributing to student learning in various subjects and managing technology training. Mike holds an Ed.S. in Education Technology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and both an M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction and a B.S. in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
