Matthew Li Yuen Fong is currently a Genome Analyst at Hamilton Health Sciences since October 2023, and also serves as a Creator at LYFE Sciences where a comprehensive variant interpretation database has been developed using Python, Flask, and MongoDB. Prior experience includes working as a Technology Specialist at the Clinical Genomics Centre in Toronto, where support was provided to startups in leveraging genomic services while streamlining data handling through Python. Matthew holds a Master’s Degree in Biomedical and Health Sciences from the University of Melbourne, a Certificate in Data Analytics from Ryerson University, and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and Genetics from McMaster University.
