Aida Merdovic has diverse work experience spanning several industries. Aida began their career at Tabcorp as a Coordinator/Intern from 2000 to 2005. Aida then co-founded The Student Bloc in 2004 and served as a Co-Founder until 2006. Aida later joined Clemenger BLUE Digital (BBDO) as a Snr Account Manager - Digital from 2005 to 2008, where they maintained strong client relationships and developed consumer insights and campaign strategies for blue-chip brands. Aida subsequently worked at Intrepid Travel as the Global Digital Marketing Manager from 2008 to 2013. In this role, Aida led a team of digital specialists and oversaw various digital marketing activities to drive online commercial growth. Currently, Aida is employed at Hamilton Island, where they started in 2013 as the Director of Online and later transitioned to the role of Director - Digital & Data in 2019.
Aida Merdovic attended the University of Melbourne from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and German.
