Jeremy Newman is a Partner in the Corporate team at Hamilton Locke. Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Jeremy was a Senior Associate at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers and Bellanhouse. Jeremy has also worked as a Corporate Finance Adviser at Torridon Partners and as a Masters Student at IE Business School.
Jeremy has experience in assisting listed companies with their continuous disclosure obligations, transaction-related compliance, corporate governance and periodic disclosure. Jeremy is also experienced in settling waivers to the listing rules and admission decisions for publication, as well as contributing to policy discussions in relation to listing rule and guidance note amendments.
Jeremy Newman completed a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs at IE Business School. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Murdoch University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication & Cultural Studies at Murdoch University. Jeremy also attended Aalborg University and ATP.
