Hannah Roukema

Hannah Roukema is an experienced professional in student engagement and event management, currently serving as Supervisor of Student Engagement (Athletics & Arts) at the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board since November 2021. Hannah has previously held the position of Manager, Special Events & Volunteers at The Sunshine Foundation of Canada, where responsibilities included major event planning and volunteer management. Additional experience includes roles such as Program Services Officer at Thames Valley District School Board, Manager of Leagues and Supervisor of Bookings and Leagues at Spectra by Comcast Spectacor, and Supervisor of Sport Operations at Canada Lands Company. Hannah's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Kinetics with a focus on Sport Management from the University of Windsor, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto, and an Honours Degree in Liberal Arts and Psychology from Redeemer University.
